Abstracts and Awards

Call for Abstracts

We invite abstracts for posters to be presented throughout the meeting. From these abstracts, 6 will be selected for oral presentation (10 mins + 5 mins questions) on Friday 11th September.

Abstracts will only be accepted from those who have registered for the meeting.

Abstracts should be no more than 250 words (excluding the title, authors and their affiliations). The abstract should include background, objectives, design, methods, results and conclusions. Please create you abstract in Microsoft Word using Arial font size 11. The title should be in bold typeface and the author affiliations in italics. The list of authors and the body of the abstract should be in normal typeface.

Receipt of your abstract will be acknowledged by e-mail and you will be notified as to whether you have been selected for oral presentation by Friday 31st July 2009.

The deadline for submission of abstracts is 12th June 2009

The deadline for submission of abstracts for poster presentation is now extended until close of registration on 25th August 2009.

Awards

The best poster and oral presentation will be awarded prizes to be presented at the Gala Dinner on Saturday 12th September 2009.
