Junior Delegates

Thanks to the very generous sponsorship of Cyathus Exquirere, Vienna, we are now able to offer reduced Junior Delegate Rates for this meeting.

These are for PhD students, scientists employed on their first postdocs and clinicians in training under the age of 30.

There are 35 Junior Delegate Rates available on a first come, first served basis. You can register here. Please send an e-mail from your supervisor to Lorraine Stayt (lorraine.stayt@obs-gyn.ox.ac.uk) to confirm your junior status. If anyone who is eligible for a reduced rate has already registered at the full rate, please contact Lorraine at the above address. 

The Junior Full Delegate Rate is available for PhD students, scientists employed on their first postdocs and clinicians in training under the age of 30. The reduced fee includes registration for both days of the meeting, three nights’ accommodation, lunches, tea and coffee. It does not include dinner on Thursday 10th, Friday 11th or the Gala Dinner on Saturday 12th.  

The Junior Day Delegate Rate is available for PhD students, scientists employed on their first postdocs and clinicians in training under the age of 30. The reduced fee includes registration for both days of the meeting, lunches, tea and coffee. It does not include dinner on Thursday 10th, Friday 11th or the Gala Dinner on Saturday 12th.
